We are seeking a Junior Race Mechanic to assist the Crew Chief during and between racing and test events.
 

Key Requirements:

• Highly motivated, goal-driven, and positive attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to follow procedures and directions.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a race car mechanic.

• Valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel to up to 10 race events annually, primarily in the Southeast.
